Our Approach
To achieve these requirements in an efficient and cost effective manner, we have developed our Quality System to meet the demands of our business, the requirements of our clients and ISO 9001:2015.
Dimension Inspection
Quality inspectors will do steel fit up for dimension inspection according to the drawings before welding.
Visual Inspection
Visual inspection is required for completed weldment to ensure weldments are free from welding defect like porosity, under cut, uneven weld. Weld gauge is used to verify the weld meets the WPS & PQR requirement.
Paint Inspection
All painted steel structure will be checked for the paint thickness, DFT gauge is used to verify the primer coating and final coating painting in order to meet customer’s painting specification.
Third Party NDT Inspection
All butt weld with partial penetration will be carried out with Ultrasonic Test (UT) and 10% of the fillet joint welding will have NDT inspection with Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) for every project.
